"Lovely place to have lunch, beautiful surroundings, good selection of tasty dishes, staff are very friendly and there's lots to see and do in the Waterperry. Visit the museum too and speak to Gordon; he's wonderful!"

"Lovely tearoom with friendly and helpful staff. We had a late lunch today so it wasn't too busy. The jacket potatoes were well cooked with plenty of nice toppings to choose from. The green leaf lasagne was delicious. I have only ever been to visit in the spring as we come to see the snowdrops, but I would love to come back in the summer too."

"The team at the Teashop make everything by hand on the premises, using the best locally sourced ingredients they can find, often from Waterperry's own walled garden. From delicious home baked cakes, vegan oat-bars, vegetarian lasagnes, chicken salads, to toasties and sandwiches. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Beautifully picturesque in the summer. Picnic Hampers are available to pre-order from the website. Treat yourself to a bottle of Apple Juice or Cider made from Waterperry’s very own Orchards, delicious. The Teashop is open from 10am, last orders 5pm, closing at 5.30pm. The servery is open from 12pm daily and serves hot meals over the lunchtime period."

"Tasty cream tea, although a little expensive at £7.50 for one scone, clotted cream, jam and tea and kids hot chocolate was £3.75! Free parking outside the tea shop. The admission ticket is only required if you visit the gardens. I’ll be back for lunch."

"I am in a brass band and often play here, as we did today, around Christmas time, and quite often get cold and damp. This café is such a comfort. Lovely polite, helpful staff, delicious home made food. Warm and cosy. Full marks! Thank you."

"I regularly enjoy a walk from there to Waterstock, followed by tea & cake in the tea shop. Visited the gardens recently too. It is always a pleasure. I'm looking forward to seeing it gradually bloom again from its winter rest."
